About Bud & Blossom

Bud & Blossom provides holistic wellness coaching and support to people as they transform their health and their lives.

The name “Bud & Blossom” signifies the growth, transformation, and healing that is available to us through holistic and whole-body healing. The business has been inspired by the following quote:

Why Bud & Blossom?

The Problem

There are many concurrent factors in today’s world that are contributing to reduced health outcomes for many people. We are out of balance… and it shows in our declining collective health outcomes.

Additionally, many people are interested in using plant medicine, CBD, and cannabis to improve their situation - but they don’t know everything they need to get started! They’ve heard that cannabis can be used to address the symptoms they’re experiencing, and yet they’re left wondering:

  • Where do I buy cannabis?

  • What products help with my particular symptoms?

  • How much should I take? How often? When?

  • How can I source clean & safe cannabis?

  • How does cannabis work in the body?

These are just some of the common questions asked, but there are many, many more.

The Solution

With the support of Bud & Blossom, clients are able to take their cannabis use, health, and wellness into their own hands. Together, we explore cannabis wellness (including product selection, dosing considerations, and more) as well as other strategies for improving their health.

Bud & Blossom coaching programs are designed to help people balance their endocannabinoid system, aka the ECS, which is the largest communication and harm-reduction network in the human body.

By focusing on the ECS, I guide clients to approaches that will bring balance and ease into their lives. My coaching foundation is that a healthy ECS supports a healthy body. And that means a healthier life!

Cannabis & Wellness Coaching

I work with clients to explore ways to strengthen the ECS, from cannabis medicines to other non-cannabis options including movement, nutrition, breathwork, and more.

A Note from Heather ~

It all started when…

Bud & Blossom was born out of my own experience with cannabis healing. I call it my cannabis transformation!

Before I started using cannabis medicinally, I was in poor health. My body was out of balance, I was achy and anxious all of the time, and I was using alcohol frequently to suppress my stress and dissatisfaction. Guess what… that totally didn’t work!

But then, I began my medical cannabis journey. Cannabis created a positive cascading effect in my life, one that allowed me to regain my health, connect to other healthy lifestyle choices, and become the brightest version of myself once again.

My journey into cannabis healing

Once I healed myself with cannabis, I thought, well… I just gotta share this with other people!

This is why I have spent the last 4 years learning about this wonderful plant, supporting the cannabis industry, and pursuing continuing education in cannabis. I have learned everything I can about the utility of this plant so that I could share its bounty with others.

Over the past several years, I have served as a budtender, and in this role I received my Medical Marijuana Consultant Certification. I then served as a content writer for a well-renown cannabis education company. Then, during the swells of the pandemic, I pursued my cannabis coaching certification from the Cannabis Coaching Institute. I received my certification in February 2021 and started cannabis coaching!

Now, I serve clients seeking support along their own cannabis journey. I can guide people through the ins-and-outs of cannabis and share all the things I have learned along my own cannabis wellness transformation.

My big “why”

I do what I do because I love cannabis, but also because I love people. And cannabis supports people. I’m honored to help clients connect with cannabis when they need it most.

Throughout my life, I’ve looked around and noticed that, well, people could use a little help. We could all use some meaningful support to help us reduce the burdens we face. And, I’ve come to find out that cannabis – that oft-slandered, smelly, green plant – can help us to reduce burdens, whether that be pain, inflammation, stress, grief, chronic conditions, or other.

From supporting people’s physiology to expanding one’s spirituality, cannabis is truly a wonderful tool. It’s a tool that ought to be wielded wisely… and that’s where a cannabis coach comes in!

As a cannabis coach, I’ve developed a method for using cannabis to help people feel better. Through activation of the endocannabinoid system, cannabis can help us restore balance in our bodies, which has positive downstream results for pretty much every other bodily system. And, once my clients have been able to use cannabis to help them feel better, they have the opportunity to chase so much more in life. They can return to whatever activities and pursuits provide them with fulfillment and make them smile.

By connecting them to the power of the plant, and providing coaching and loving support along the way, I help my clients step toward their vision for their life.

I also incorporate other holistic healing methods into my coaching programs and guide people toward other habits that can support a renewed & healthier lifestyle. I work with clients to develop a positive mindset, find time to get out in nature, and understand how intentional breathwork, energy-rich nutrition, and routine movement can help to support the health of their endocannabinoid system.

Whether we connect in person or you just end up finding some helpful info on my blog, I truly hope that Bud & Blossom can be of service to you. May it give you the information and the permission you need to take your health into your own hands.

It has been a blessing to communicate with blog readers, social media friends, and clients alike and share the benefits of cannabis with them.

I have picked up many wellness tools along my own wellness & cannabis education journey, and I am excited to share them with you!
