Hempresent: Interview with Vivian McPeak - Cannabis Blogger Heather Dagley

I recently had the honor of being interviewed by Vivian McPeak, the host of the Hempresent Podcast - and one of the original minds behind the famous Seattle Hempfest Protestival!

In this interview, I had the opportunity to share my personal cannabis story as well as my career path into cannabis coaching. We talk about what I have learned as a cannabis coach, including the many ways that the cannabis-curious can leverage this plant to improve their lives and their overall health.

I also shared what I hold to be true - that at the end of the day, cannabis consumers just want to be heard. They want to share their experience and their challenges, and then get some guidance on how cannabis can help. The human connection piece is so important to cannabis coaching - and even budtending; cannabis is “the people’s plant”, after all.

Thanks to Vivian and the Hempresent team for this exposure opportunity - and for all that they do to carry on the good fight. I can’t wait to attend the Hempfest festival again, once COVID regulations allow. There’s nothing like smoking a joint on the waterfront with thousands of your friends :)
